UnBolt is a technology platform that connects users with independent locksmith professionals. UnBolt does not provide locksmith services, and we do not employ locksmiths. All locksmith services are performed solely by independent contractors who are not employees, agents, or representatives of UnBolt.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

• By using UnBolt, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must create an account to access certain features.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• UnBolt is not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login details.

4. Payments & Pricing

• Service fees are displayed upfront before booking.

• Payments must be made upfront through the UnBolt platform.

• UnBolt may use third-party payment processors, and by using our Services, you agree to their terms.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel a service request but if the service request is accepted by a locksmith, cancellation fees may apply.

• Refunds are issued at UnBolt’s discretion in cases of unsatisfactory service.

6. Independent Contractors

All locksmiths available through UnBolt are independent contractors. UnBolt does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any locksmith service.

• Any disputes or claims related to locksmith services must be resolved directly with the locksmith.

• UnBolt is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or workmanship of any locksmith.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

UnBolt is a technology platform and assumes no responsibility for locksmith services.

• We do not guarantee response times, service quality, or locksmith availability.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnBolt disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or disputes arising from locksmith services.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.

• Misrepresent yourself or create multiple fraudulent accounts.

10. Changes to These Terms

UnBolt may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
